摘    要：通过对电沉积非晶态Ni-P合金镀液组成和镀层性能的稳定性进行研究，了解到对镀层质量影响最大的因素是镀液的pH值，其次是[H_３PO₃]；找出了稳定镀液组成和镀层质量的有效措施，即采用一定面积比例的DSA和Ni混合阳极，调整好镀液的pH值，适当加入稳定剂和降低镀液的[Cl^-]，定时定量地添加H_３PO₃．

Abstract: The stability of coating characteristics and solution components in the amorphous Ni-P alloy plating was studied. It was found that the most significant factor on Ni-P coating was pH of solutions and the second was [H_３PO₃], and that we can keep the coatings and solutions stable in Ni-P alloy plating process by using DSA and Ni mixing anodes, reducing [NiCl₂], adding stabilizer and H_３PO₃ properly and regularly.
