搅拌磨机械化学改性制备复合粉体的研究

摘 要:根据搅拌磨超细粉碎的特殊工作原理和 高效性,利用搅拌磨的机械化学效应实现超细—改进一体化制备了SiC-M/滑石粉复合粉体,研究了矿浆浓度、改性剂用量对复合粉体粒度及改性剂包覆量的影 响.研究结果表明,这种复合粉体粒度分布均匀、工艺简单、活性好、性能稳定.复合粉体填充PP的制品性能比单纯M/滑石粉填充PP的更好.40%复合粉体 填充PP制备的材料成功地应用于汽车零部件,性能指标达到上海大众汽车公司的标准,应用效果十分显著.
Abstract: Composite powder SiC-M/Talc with uniform size distribution,better activation and stable properties is fabricated by using the mechano chemistry effect to realize the integrity of pulverization and modification on the basis of the working principle and high-efficiency of stirred mill.Effects of pulp density and modifiers content on composite powder size and coating percentage of modifiers are investigated.The properties of the products with composite powder-filled PP are better than that with M/Talc-filled.The material made from 40% composite powder-filled PP,reaching the standards set by Shanghai Vlokswagan Automobile Ltd,has been successfully used as parts of passenger car with prominent efficiency.
