摘    要:采用紧耦合惰性气体雾化技术制备Al82Ni10Y8非晶和纳米晶粉末,并利用超高压固结成形技术对雾化粉末进行致密化。利用差示扫描量热分析(DSC)、X射线衍射(XRD)、扫描电镜(SEM)和透射电镜(TEM)等对合金的热稳定性、物相组成、微观组织和形貌进行分析,研究合金的致密化机理。研究结果表明:所制备的块体材料保持了原始粉末状态的非晶及纳米晶结构;非晶相的粘滞流动和在三向应力作用下氧化膜的破裂促进颗粒结合是低温下材料获得较高致密度的主要原因。

Abstract: Amorphous and nanocrystalline Al82Ni10Y8 alloy powders were prepared via close-coupled inert gas atomization and then densified under ultrahigh pressure consolidation. The thermal stability,phase composition, microstructure of Al82Ni10Y8 alloy was investigated by differential scanning calorimetry, X-ray diffractometry, scanning electron microscopy and transmission electron microscopy respectively. The results show the bulk alloy preserves the amorphous and nanocrystalline structure of as-atomized powder. The possible densification mechanism of bulk alloy was also presented that the viscous flow of amorphous phase and improved binding of particles due to breakage of surficial oxide film are possible reasons for acquiring high relative density at low temperature.
