摘    要:笔者以Kelsall的快慢浮离散分布速率常数模型为基础建立单槽浮选机模块ONECEL,并在微型机上建立通用的稳态浮选流程仿真器SIMFLOT,可以仿真任意结构的浮选流程。笔者还以从实际值和计算值差的加权平方和为目标函数,采用SUMT混合罚函数法估计模型参数,并编制了相应的程序ESTIFLOT。实例以德兴铜矿生产数据作为仿真标准条件,原始数据经物料平衡程序包CSIMMBAL处理,用ESTIFLOT估计出模型参数,最后用SIMFLOT进行仿真运算,仿真结果令人满意。

Abstract: A general steady-state flotation flowsheet simulator SIMFLOT based on discretedistribution of rate coefficient with Iow and high values presented by Kelsall isdeveloped by the authors. Three basic modules, i. e. mixer MIXER, splitter SPLITRand flotation bank FLBANK consisting of several modules ONECEL, are connectedby the flowsheet topology matrix in SIMFLOT. So any flotation flowsheet withrandom arrangement can be simulated by it. It is also developed that a program ESTIFLOT is used to estimate theparameters of models in SUMT method taking weighting square sum of differencesbetween simulated and experimental values as the objective function. The data collected from Dexing Copper Mine are taken as the normal conditionot simulation. Then the parameters of models are estimated from the data balancedby material balance package CSIMMBAL. The results of simulation are verysatisfactory that the simulated and observed values for the recovery of copper infinal concentrate are 91.102% and 91.155% respectively. The simulator can be usedto study the steaty-state response of flotation flowsheet to various operating conditions.
