直接测定熔锍中硫化物组元活度的新方法

摘 要:迄今发表了不少有关测定熔锍体系中硫活度的研究论文,而本文则提出一种直接测定熔锍中硫化物组元活度的新方法,基于利用Na2O-β-Al2O3固体电解质和特制熔渣,设计一种如下所示的双相浓差电池: (-)Me,[MexSx],(Na+,S2-)|Na2O-β-Al2O3 |(Na+,S2-),Mex,Sy,Me(+)式中:[Mex,Sy]——熔锍中待研究的硫化物组元; MexSy——所考虑的纯态的熔融硫化物; (Na+,S2-)——含Na2S的熔融炉渣,与熔锍形成不混溶层; Me——熔点高于电池温度的纯金属线或者含Me的高熔点合金线。未测定的硫化物组元活度根据本文作者新近提出的方法进行计算,计算结果与用其他作者方法算出的很吻合。本文方法用于多元系更方便且计算结果更精确。
Abstract: So far a number of research papers on measuring the activity of sulphur in matte systems havebeen published. This paper presents a novel method for directly measuring the activity of individualsulphide component in molten mattes by using a Na2O-β-Al2O3 solid electrolyte and a speciallyprepared molten slag to design a double-phase concentration cell as shown in the following manner: (-) Me, [Mex Sj], (Na+,S2-)|Na2O-β-Al2O3|(Na+,S2-),Mex Sy,Me(+)where[Mex Sy]--the considered sulphide component in molten mattes; Mex Sy--the pure molten sulphide under consideration; (Na*, S2-)--a Na2S-containing molten slag forming an immiscible layer with the molten matte; Me--pure metal wire with a melting point higher than the cell temperature or Me-containing refractory alloy wire.The unmeasured activities of sulphide components have been calculated by using a method newlydeveloped by the authors and the results of calculation closely conform with those calculated by themethod of other authors. Our method is more convenient in application to multicomponent systemsand the results of calculation are more accurate.
