基于圆环链与链轮啮合特征的链条波动研究

摘    要:进行刮板输送机空载运行状态下圆环链张力波动试验分析,建立圆环链与链轮系统动力学虚拟样机;对圆环链运行试验结果与忽略圆环链与链轮啮合特征的NMC模型解析解进行对比,建立基于链轮与圆环链啮合特征的链条波动MC模型,并推导链条波动解析式。研究研究表明:NMC模型忽略圆环链与链轮啮合过程中因圆环链与链轮链窝次受力面接触而引起的链条波动,从而掩盖圆环链节距对链条波动的影响规律;MC模型在提高链条波动分析的准确性的基础上揭示了圆环链节距对链条波动的影响规律;采用大节距立环与小节距平环的圆环链可有效降低链条波动,延长圆环链使用寿命,MC模型为变节距圆环链的使用提供了理论依据。

Abstract: Dynamic tension of round link chains in no-loaded scraper conveyor was analyzed, dynamic virtual prototype on round link chains and sprocket was established, the chains fluctuation results of round link chains running test were compared with the analytical results of NMC model which neglected gearing characteristics between round link chains and sprocket, MC model was established, which paid attention to gearing characteristics between round link chains and sprocket, and analytic formula for chains fluctuation was derived. The results show that NMC model neglects the contact between the secondary bearing surfaces of chain nest and round link chain when their meshing progresses, so the influence rules on fluctuation of round link chains for the pitch of chains is not discovered. MC model not only improves the precision on the chains fluctuation, but also discloses the influence of the round link chains’ pitch on the fluctuation. Bigger pitch for virtual round link chains and smaller pitch for flat round link chains are useful to decrease chains fluctuation and prolong service life. MC model can provide theoretical basis for round link chains’ variable pitch.
