粘贴胶合竹板加固钢筋混凝土梁试验

摘    要:对7根钢筋混凝土梁(RC梁)粘贴胶合竹板加固的对比试验进行研究,其中2根为对比试件,1根为弯剪区粘贴碳纤维增强复合材料(CFRP)布抗剪加固试件,4根为梁底粘贴5~20 mm厚胶合竹板抗弯加固和弯剪区粘贴CFRP布抗剪加固试件。研究结果表明:梁底粘贴胶合竹板加固RC梁的极限受弯承载力提高16%~118%,平均为62%;极限位移降低59%~80%,平均为69%。粘贴胶合竹板加固试件跨中截面应变仍基本符合平截面假定,弯曲刚度随粘贴胶合竹板厚度的增加而增加。粘贴胶合竹板加固混凝土梁的理论计算和有限元分析(FEA)结果均与试验值吻合较好。

Abstract: An experimental research of seven reinforced concrete beams (RC beams) was conducted, including two contrast RC beams, one RC beam shear strengthened with carbon fiber reinforced polymer (CFRP) strips, and four RC beams flexural strengthened with 5-20 mm thick glubam plate and shear strengthened with CFRP strips. The results show that the ultimate strength of the RC beams strengthened with glubam plates is increased by 16%-118% (with an average of 62%), while the ultimate displacement is decreased by 59%-80% (with an average of 69%). The strain distributions along the height of the strengthened RC beams at middle-span are nearly in accordance with the plane section assumption. The flexural stiffness of strengthened RC beams is increased with the increase of the thickness of the glubam plates. The bearing capacities based on the normal section analysis and finite element analysis (FEA) are all in good agreement with the test results.
