摘    要:对高强高韧TC18钛合金的高温蠕变行为进行研究,蠕变实验的外加应力为200、250和300 MPa,蠕变温度为400和500 ℃,蠕变持续时间为72 h。借助透射电镜观察蠕变后合金的微观组织。结果表明:高温高应力状态下,位错攀移在蠕变过程中起主要作用;在高温低应力或低温高应力状态下,合金的蠕变机理为位错滑移。

Abstract: The high temperature creep behavior of TC18 titanium alloy was studied. The conditions of creep experiment were as follows: applied stress 200, 250 and 300 MPa, creep temperature 400 and 500 ℃, holding time 72 h. Transmission electric microscope was used to observe the microstructure evolution of TC18 alloy after creep testing. The results show that, at higher temperature and higher applied stress, dislocation climbing plays a key role during creep deformation behavior; at higher temperature and lower applied stress, or at lower temperature and higher applied stress, the creep mechanism of alloy is dislocation slipping.
