铝及电解质对热压TiB2(C)片的润湿性研究

摘 要:为了探讨工业应用TiB2阴极材料的途径,本文采用由中温炭还原法制得的TiB2原料,在配入一定量的石墨成分后,将其热压成TiB2(C)片,用高温可见光座滴法和X射线座滴法分别研究了1000℃时,铝电解质及电解质熔盐覆盖下的铝液对此种含炭TiB2热压片润湿性,测得了非极化条件下有熔盐存在时,铝在纯TiB2热压片上的润湿角近乎零度,铝在TiB2(C)上的润湿角为10°左右,并讨论了铝对TiB2(C)试样片的润湿机理。
Abstract: Hot-pressed TiB2-graphite tablets with varying amounts of graphite were prepared in order to seek the way of applying TiB2 cathodic materials.The wettability of TiB2(C)by aluminium and cryolite-alumina was studied by the sessile drop method.The wetting angle of pure TiB2 and TiB2(C)by aluminium in cryolite-alumina melts was measured.The wetting mechanism was also discussed.
