P2O5-PbO-Bi2O3系统两种不同类型玻璃的结构差异

摘 要:通过传统熔体冷却方法考察了P2O5-PbO-Bi2O3系统的玻璃形成,利用X射线衍射分析、红外光谱和拉曼光谱考察了该系统两种不同类型玻璃的结构差异.结果表明,P2O5-PbO-Bi2O3系统存在两个玻璃形成区;在低P2O5区(<46%,摩尔分数)形成的玻璃中,存在不含P=O双键且A1(σ1)被激活的[PO4]四面体;在高P2O5区(>50%,摩尔分数)形成的玻璃中存在聚磷酸盐型[PO4]阴离子团,这些阴离子团通过Pb2+,Bi3+联接而形成层状玻璃结构.
Abstract: The formation of glasses in the P2O5-PbO- Bi2O3 system was examined by conventional melt quenching technology, X-ray, IR and Raman spectra were used to investigate the structural differences of two different kinds of glasses in this ternary system. The results show that, there are two glass forming regions in the P2O5-PbO- Bi2O3 system; the structure of the glasses with lower P2O5 contents (<46% ) contains the [PO4] tetrahedra without P =O bands and with the P-O bands where A1 (σ1) was excited; the structure of the glasses with higher P2O5 contents (>50% ) contains polyphosphate [PO4] ion groups. These ion groups are connected by Pb2+ or Bi3+ ions, resulting in the formation of the layer random structure of the glasses with higher P2O5 contents in the P2O5-PbO- Bi2O3 system.
