摘    要:用物理化学电解提取与X射线结构分析方法研究了两种马氏体时效不锈钢(OOCr14Ni16MoNb与OOCr14Ni6MoTi)中第二相的溶析规律。发现前者中的第二相为MC(NbC)、M6C(Fe3Nb3C)、Z(FeCrNhNi);后者中的第二相为MC(TiC)、MN(TiN)、X(FeCrNiTi)。实验指出OOCr14Ni6MoNb钢中M6C、Z相经1200℃固溶处理后要经770℃以上时效处理才能再行析出,试样的SEM象表明MC主要出现在晶界,M6C、Z相主要出现在晶内。OOCr14Ni6MoNb钢经长期时效后未发现新相析出。OOCr14Ni6MoTi钢长期时效后有X相析出。

Abstract: The law of the solution and the precipitation of the second phase in thetwo maraging stainless steels(OOCr14Ni6MoNb and OOCr14Ni6MoTi)hasbeen studied by the methods of the physicochemical electrolycis extraction andthe X ray structural analysis.It has been found that the second phase of theformer is MC(NbC),M6C(Fe3Nb3C),Z(FeCrNbNi);The second phase of thelatter is MC(TiC)、MN(TiN)、X(FeCrNiTi).The results of experimentshavc shown that M6C,Z of OOCr14Ni6MoNb will be precipitated again afterthe solid solution treatment at 1200℃ and the ageing treatment above 770℃.TheSEM photograph of OOCr14Ni6MoNb shows that MC usually appears alongthe grain boundaries and M6C、Z generally appears inside the grains.No prec-ipitation of new phase in OOCr14Ni6MoNb has been discovered after a longageing,but the new X-phase in OOCr14Ni6MoTi has been found after a longageing.
