摘    要:本文研究了锤式破碎机锤头的动力学及锤头运动的稳定性问题。导出了锤头动力学的公式为 S=(1+K)MmR/(M+m)ω;ωo’=S(R-r)/Jo’; So’=S[(Mcxc(R-r)-Jo’)/Jo’]。 为了消除反作用冲击力的有害影响,必须使锤式破碎机的锤头满足以下条件 McXc(R-r)-Jo’=0

Abstract: In order to availably calculate the strength of hammer crusher parts, and to further improve the motion properties of the machine, the author studied the hammer dynamics and the stability in hammer moving of the hammer crusher. The present paper derived the following formulas of the hammer dynamics S =(1+K) (Mmk)/(M+m)ω ωO’=(S(R-r))/(Jo’) So’=S [(Mcxc(R-r)- Jo’)/(Jo’)] In order to eliminate the bad effect of reacting impact force, it is necessary for hammer crushers to satisfy the following condition Mcxc (R - r) - Jo’ = 0 There are three types of load acting on the rotor shaft. The first is caused by the weight of the rotor itself and the tension of the driving belts. The second results from the centrifugal force produced due to the unbalance of the rotor. And the third type load is because of the impact force of the hammer on the rock. To insure the stability in hammer moving, the equilibrium condition during unbalance of impact is finally determined according to the principle of angular momentum.
