含铁尘泥自还原团块固结机理及强度劣化

摘    要:研究以水泥作为黏结剂的含铁尘泥自还原团块的强度和膨胀率随焙烧温度的变化关系,通过对焙烧后的团块进行扫描电子显微镜分析、能谱分析、X线衍射分析,对自还原团块的固结机理与强度劣化原因进行研究。研究结果表明:水泥黏结剂在低温时可以通过水化固结作用保证团块具有足够高的强度;高温时能够通过改善还原反应的动力学条件,促进还原反应的进行,增强金属铁连晶结构来提高团块强度,而且能够降低团块的体积膨胀趋势;焙烧过程中团块强度的最低值出现在800 ℃左右,体积膨胀率在900~1 000 ℃之间达到最大。

Abstract: The effect of temperature on the strength and swelling behavior of self-reducing briquettes made from iron-bearing dust and sludge with Portland cement used as binder was studied. The SEM-EDS analyses and X-ray diffraction (XRD) analyses were carried out for the fired briquettes to understand the bonding mechanism as well as the reasons of strength deterioration. The results show that cement can guarantee the strength by the bonding phase generated from hydration reaction and reduce the volume expansion at low temperatures. In addition, cement can accelerate the reducing reaction to develop the structure of iron joined crystal to improve strength of self-reducing briquettes at high temperatures. The minimum value of strength occurs at about 800 ℃ and the maximum value of volume expansion ratio occurs at 900-1 000 ℃.
