摘    要:研究了以粉末冶金技术制备的四方晶型BaTiO3粉为主体原料,机械均匀掺杂一定摩尔配比的高纯CuO粉体,获得电容型气敏元件的可能性.实验考察了元件温度、频率、浓度特性.结果表明所制元件对CO2气体呈现一定的敏感特性,该元件可测CO2气体浓度(体积分数)范围广(0~95%),在低浓度0~5%范围内,元件灵敏度与CO2气体浓度呈线性关系,利于直接标定,是一种很有发展前途的新型气敏元件.

Abstract: The possibility of adulterating high-pure CuO powders into the tetragonal structure BaTiO3 powders which were prepared by powder metallurgy to obtain gas sensitive element is studied.The characteristics of temperature,frequency and concentration of the element are inspected.The tests indicate that the element is sensitive to CO2. It can detect a wide range of CO2concentration(0~95%).Below 5% CO2the sensitivity of the element reflects line relationship to the gas concentration. It is very convenient for the element to be calculated. The new type of gas sensitive element has bright future.
