摘 要:电网调度操作票专家系统是编排电网调度操作票的智能系统,其应用是现代供、配电站综合自动化、智能化的一个重要方面,能有效地预防和避免电网倒闸操作中的误操作.作者通过对电网结构和电网调度操作票建立机制进行分析,提出了将面向对象知识库和产生式规则系统原理相结合,应用数据库与面向对象编程(OOP)技术来实现电网调度操作票专家系统的方法,给出该方法的设计思想、应用和系统的主体框架.实际应用证明,基于此方法开发的操作票专家系统具有使用方便、易于维护、操作票准确性高、处理问题能力强等优点.
Abstract: Operation scheduling expert system is an artificial intelligent system to arrange operation scheduling for trans-mission-system of electric power(TSEP) operation, which is an important aspect of intellectualized & automatized modern power station. Such a systems will effectively avoid wrong operations. Through analyzing structure of TSEP and principles of developing operation scheduling, the authors introduce a scheme, which combines object oriented knowledge-based and rule-based production systems and adopts Database &object oriented program (OOP) technic, to develop an operation scheduling expert system, according to a practical project for an enterprise and research achievements in such a field at home and abroad. Referenced theory and main system frame are emphasized in the article. Practical system has such virtues as easy operation, correct scheduling, high capability of coping with complex problems.
