钛铁矿、长石絮凝行为及机理的研究

摘 要:本文研究了两种聚丙烯酰胺类絮凝剂与钛铁矿的絮凝机理、晶格杂质离子活化长石的絮凝行为;采用红外光谱,电子显微镜及扫描电镜等试验技术揭示絮凝过程的实质。捕收剂与高分子絮凝剂联合作用明显地改善了两种矿物絮凝分离的选择性,提出了可能的作用机理。
Abstract: In this paper the flocculation behaviour and mechanism of ilmenite withtwo types of polyacrylamide flocculants and the activation behaviourof impurity ions to feldspar flocculation were studied. Experimentaltechniques such as infrared spectroscopy, electron microscope and scanningelectron microscope etc. were applied to revealing the reality of the processconcerned. It had been found that the selective flocculation separation ofthe two minerals was significantly improved by a combination use ofpolymer with collector. A possible mechanism for that was also proposed.
