摘    要:本文系统地研究了OOCr14Ni6MoNb马氏体时效不锈钢在300℃、350℃、400℃长期时效直到5000小时的力学性能和结构的变化。发现合金在400℃时效1000小时后,强度升高、冲击韧性降低,合金明显脆化。用x-射线衍射测定了时效后的微观应变变化。微观应变与强度的变化并无直接的联系。用Mossbauer能谱测定了合金元素的重新分布。有理由认为,促使合金脆化是由于富铬等合金元素的偏聚区的形成。

Abstract: The microstructures and mechanical properties were studied in a mara-ging stainless steel OOCr14Ni6MoNb with repect to aging time and tempera-ture in long-term aging up to 5000 hours at 300℃, 350℃, 400℃, respective-ly. It was found that after the specimens were aged at 400℃ for 1000 hours,the strength was increased, the impact toughness lowered, and the alloy beganto appear obviously embrittled. The microstrain △a/a of the long-term agedspecimens was measured by means of X-ray diffraction. The change of themicrostrain was not in close relation to the change of the strength. Theredistribution of the alloy elements was measured by Mossbauer spectroscope.There is good reason to say that it was the formation of Cr-enriched zonesthat caused embrittlement in the alloy.
