QCM-D研究淀粉和油酸钠与磁铁矿的吸附机理

摘    要:为了研究淀粉和油酸钠在磁铁矿表面的吸附行为及对浮选的影响,分别加入不同pH的淀粉溶液和油酸钠溶液,应用具有耗散因子功能的石英晶体微天平(QCM-D)研究淀粉和油酸钠在磁铁矿表面的吸附特性,同时进行浮选验证试验。研究结果表明:随着淀粉溶液pH的增加,淀粉对磁铁矿的吸附作用逐渐减弱,经过不同pH淀粉溶液作用后,强碱性油酸钠溶液中的RCOO-和 的作用方式不同;酸性淀粉溶液会大量吸附在磁铁矿表面,油酸钠溶液中的RCOO-和 大量陷入淀粉层中形成物理吸附,导致磁铁矿表面疏水;弱酸性和弱碱性淀粉溶液轻微吸附在磁铁矿表面,阻碍油酸钠溶液中的RCOO-和 吸附在磁铁矿表面,导致磁铁矿表面亲水;强碱性淀粉溶液不会吸附在磁铁矿表面,油酸钠溶液中的RCOO-和 在磁铁矿表面形成单分子层的化学吸附,导致磁铁矿表面亲水。吸附机理研究结果表明经弱酸性和弱碱性淀粉溶液作用后,在强碱性油酸钠浮选体系中可以实现磁铁矿的高效反浮选。

Abstract: In order to study the adsorption behavior of starch and sodium oleate on magnetite surface and its influence on flotation, starch solution and sodium oleate solution were added in sequence at different pH values. The adsorption characteristics of starch and sodium oleate on magnetite surface were studied by using quartz crystal microbalance with dissipation (QCM-D), and flotation verification tests were also carried out. The results show that the adsorption of starch on magnetite decreases gradually with the increase of pH value of starch solution. After starch solution with different pH values acts, RCOO- and in strongly alkaline sodium oleate solution act differently. The acidic starch solution will adsorb on the magnetite surface in large quantities, and RCOO- and in the sodium oleate solution will sink into the starch layer in large quantities to form physical adsorption, resulting in hydrophobic magnetite surface. The weak acid to weak alkaline starch solution slightly adsorbs on the magnetite surface, hindering RCOO- and in sodium oleate solution from adsorbing on the magnetite surface, resulting in hydrophilicity of the magnetite surface. Strong alkaline starch solution will not adsorb on the surface of magnetite. RCOO- and in sodium oleate solution will form a monolayer chemisorption on the surface of magnetite, resulting in hydrophilicity on the surface of magnetite. The results of adsorption mechanism study show that after the weak acidic to weak alkaline starch solution acts, the high-efficiency reverse flotation of magnetite can be realized in the strong alkaline sodium oleate flotation system.
