热处理制度对TC4小棒材组织和性能的影响

摘    要:选取三次熔炼铸锭,经开坯、锻造、精锻和轧制后得到棒材,再取样进行不同的热处理,对TC4小棒材常规热处理和高温预处理下的组织和性能进行研究。结果表明:高温预处理可以改善棒材的组织,使棒材组织更加均匀;常规热处理和高温预处理都可得到性能满足标准要求的棒材,高温预处理后棒材的固溶时效性能比常规热处理后的固溶时效性能高。

Abstract: The effect of microstructure and performance on heat treatment of the TC4 bars that were manufacted by VAR melting, forging, precision forging and rolling were studied. The results show that high temperature pretreatment can significantly improve the microstructure; both conventional heat treatment and high temperature pretreatment can meet the standard; the performance by high temperature pretreatment of the solution and aging can be certainly improved compared with that of the conventional solution and aging.
