摘    要：本文探讨了铝型材挤压模具传统设计方法的改革和优化设计方法,就采用模具CAD/CAM技术和实现模具设计制造一体化问题,对提高挤压模具质量和寿命作了一些有益的探讨,同时还尝试了用计算机模拟流动景象。

Abstract: This paper discusses the innovation of the traditional design method of dies for extruded aluminum sections and the optimal design method of dies,and does some beneficial work to improve the quality and service life of extrusion dies by using CAD/CAM technology and the integration of the design and manufacture of extrusion dies.This work has also tried using computer to simulate the metal flow in extrusion.
