基于质量分数垂线分布的粗骨料充填料浆特性表征

摘    要:以扩散理论为基础,通过对充填料浆固体颗粒的受力分析,结合其在两相流中垂向脉动速度的概率分布,推导出充填料浆质量分数分布理论公式。为研究各因素对料浆质量分数分布的影响规律,开展粗骨料充填料浆工作与流变特性试验,研究结果表明:影响质量分数垂线分布的因素主要有固粒粒径、固粒密度、料浆密度、初始切应力、固粒粒形。反映固液两相特性对颗粒跳跃特征长度影响指数n为0,0.5和1.0时质量分数分布随深度变化趋势相同,对质量分数分布影响较小;当料浆质量分数大于80%时,曲线间距增大,垂线方向不同位置质量分数分布增加幅度较大,与扩展度反应的料浆工作特性一致;当料浆质量分数小于80%、废棒比(废石与棒磨砂的质量比)为3?7时,质量分数分布达到最大,此时泌水率也接近。通过改变影响质量分数垂线分布的因素即料浆质量分数、固粒密度与粒径,最终可改善质量分数垂线分布。

Abstract: On the basis of diffusion theory, the theoretical formula of filling slurry mass fraction distribution was derived by analyzing the force of solid particles in filling slurry and combining with the probability distribution of vertical fluctuating velocity in two-phase flow. In order to study the influence of various factors on slurry mass fraction distribution, experiments on the work and rheological properties of coarse aggregate filling slurry were carried out. The results show that the factors affecting the vertical distribution of mass fraction include particle size, particle density, slurry density, initial shear stress and particle shape. The mass fraction distribution has the same trend with depth when the n reflecting the influence of solid-liquid two-phase characteristics on the characteristic length of particle jump is 0, 0.5 and 1.0, and has little influence on the mass fraction distribution value. When the mixing mass fraction is more than 80%, the curve spacing increases, and the mass fraction distribution in different positions along the vertical direction increases greatly, which is consistent with the slurry performance of the expansion reaction. When the mixing mass fraction is less than 80%, the waste rod ratio is 3:7, the mass fraction distribution reaches the maximum, and the bleeding rate is also close. The factors affecting the vertical distribution of mass fraction, i.e. mixing mass fraction of slurry, solid density and particle size, can be changed to improve the vertical distribution of mass fraction.
