空气滤清器的空气动力学仿真及优化

摘    要:

采用多孔介质模型,针对某空气滤清器及其管道的空气动力学特性开展数值模拟,分析空气滤清器及其管道的流动阻力损失和空气滤清器滤芯流动均匀性,并进一步研究采用插入管结构、内置挡板结构后的流动特性。研究结果表明:采用进气插入管结构有效地降低流动阻力损失,降低滤芯流动均匀性,随着插入管长度的增加,流动均匀性呈现降低的趋势;采用挡板结构提高流动阻力损失,降低滤芯流动均匀性。进气插入管入口采用斜截面结构流动阻力略有增加,但可以有效地提高滤芯流动均匀性。

Abstract:

Using a porous medium model, numerical simulations of the aerodynamics characteristics for the air filter and its inlet and outlet pipes were carried out to analyze the flow resistance losses in them and filter flow uniformity. Afterwards, the air flow characteristics were also studied when the inlet pipe was extended to inside of the filter and baffles were put inside the filter. The simulation results show that the flow loss and filter flow uniformity both decrease when the inlet pipe is extended to inside of the filter; the flow loss increases and filter flow uniformity drops when baffles structure is applied, and the flow loss increases a bit but filter flow uniformity is much better with a inclined inlet section of the inlet pipe.
