摘 要:运用电积法制备复合粉末,化学沉积法制备铜镍钨包复粉末,化学共沉淀法制各氧化锆超细粉末,醇盐水解法制各超微锑白及复合粉末,水合肼还原法制备超细银粉,并进行了超细锌粉的工业化规模生产技术等项目的基础理论及开发应用研究.其中,Cu-Ni-W复合粉已用于制造高均匀度高比重合金,新开发的“旋流冷凝法”制备超细锌粉的技术也已用于工业化生产.
Abstract: The preparation of composite powders by electrowinning,the preparation of Cu-Ni-W coated composite powder,the preparation of ultrafine zirconia powders by chemical coprecipitation and the characterization of powder properties,the preparation of ultrafine antimony white (Sb203) and related composite powders by alkoxide hydrolysis,the preparation of ultrafine silver powder by hydrozine reduction,and the technology for the industrial-scale production of zinc dust have been investigated. Among these investigations,the method for the preparation of Cu-Ni-W coated composite powder has been successfully used to prepare Cu-Ni-W heavy alloy with excellent homogeneity and the technology for the industrial-scale production of zinc dust with particle size ranging from 0.1 to 10 um developed in the present work has been applied in several plants.
