摘    要:在实验室和现厂二辊轧机上的研究发现,变形区长高比和热轧时温度对摩擦系数有很大影响。测出了低碳钢、铝、铜等材料在冷轧情况下摩擦系数值随变形区长高比增大而下降的曲线,提出了冷轧时摩擦系数计算公式。对低碳钢进行的热轧试验还发现,在高温区当变形区长高比一定时,摩擦系数随轧制温度增高而曲线下降,这与早先Ekelund和近来Roberts等人提出的经验公式不同。

Abstract: Through a study on two high mills of laboratory and plant,it is foundthat a ratio of length to height(mean)in deformation zone and rolling tem-perature have a markable effect to the coefficient of friction.Experimentalcurves for materials of mild steel,aluminium,copper etc.All show that thecoefficients of friction are decreased as the increase of a ratio of lengthto height(mean)in deformation zone no matter hot or cold rolling.Thus,acalculative equation the coefficients of friction to the tested materials undercold rolling condition is proposed.It is also found experimentally that tomild steel when the ratio of length to height(mean)is kept constant,athigh temperature the coefficient of friction is decreased as the increase ofrolling temperature,while the experimental curve drops,
