油藏中微生物代谢CO2气体量及驱油实验研究

摘    要:为了研究油藏厌氧环境中微生物代谢的生物气体量,结合油藏环境条件及微生物产气机理,在综合分析原油组分特征、营养液的成分类别及生物气的组成成分的基础上,根据物质元素守恒定律对微生物代谢的气体量进行理论分析,并结合微生物产气实验对微生物代谢的生物气体量进行验证。研究结果表明:油藏中微生物利用原油中的氧原子、油藏水相中的溶解氧生成的CO2气体量较少;在一定条件下,营养液中的糖蜜质量分数与微生物产气量呈正相关性。油藏中某些物质可限制微生物代谢的生物气体量,微生物利用原油中的氧原子及水相中的溶解氧生成的CO2的气体量对储层压力的影响极小;以原油为唯一碳源时,微生物厌氧代谢的CO2量难以达到有效气驱时所需要的气体量。通过向营养液中添加含有相应氧元素的物质,有利于增加油藏中微生物的产气量。

Abstract: To analyze the gases generating capacity of microorganisms in anaerobic reservoirs, the oil components, nutrients ingredients, gases characteristics, reservoir’s conditions and producing gas mechanisms of the microorganisms were comprehensively studied. And then the amount of gases microorganisms metabolized was theoretically researched on the basis of the law of conservation of matter and was verified by experiments. The results show that the amount of carbon dioxide is restricted by oxygen atoms in crude oil and aqueous phase in reservoirs, the amount of biogas has a positive correlation with the molasses consistency. The amount of CO2 microorganisms produced with crude oil as the sole carbon source in reservoir anaerobic conditions is not enough to drive the remaining oil; the reservoir pressure is affected little. But it is positive to increase the amount of some gases through adding the matters containing the oxygen elements microorganisms used to the nutrient solutions.
