摘    要:高品质、多功能工艺润滑油是高速铜管拉伸生产中的必需品.作者通过计算塑变区处于全膜润滑时的粘度条件,发现在实际生产中塑变区处于混合润滑状态,并由此提出了一种新型工艺润滑油的配方模式.由边界润滑理论分析和实验研究确定了润滑油的组分和含量.工业试验结果表明,这种新型工艺润滑油具有优良的润滑性能和清净退火性,达到了Masterdraw566润滑油的水平.

Abstract: High-quality lubricant with multifunctions is necessary for the procedure of high-speed drawing of copper tube.The authors have calculated the viscosity value of lubricant assuming the deforming zone in full-film lubrication condition,and found that deforming zone is in mixture lubrication condition in practice.A new lubricating oil formula model for copper tube high-speed drawing was proposed.The compositions and concentration of additives were determined according to the results of boundary lubrication theory and experiments.Testing results show that new lubricating oil possesses good lubricity and bright feature after annealing,and achieve the level of Master draw 566.
