箱式电阻炉炉衬最佳设计的研究

摘 要:探讨了在三维不稳态导热情况下复杂结构的箱式工业电阻炉炉村最佳设计的数学模型和求解方法,并用电子计算机模拟了炉衬的导热过程.炉衬温度分布和耗电量的计算值,与实测值吻合较好.设计方案综合考虑了各种影响因素,能显著减少热损失,取得最好的经济效益.所改进的交替方向的隐式差分格式及其计算程序,对复杂的高维抛物型导热问题的计算提供了一种可供参考的方法.
Abstract: With a box-type electric resistance furnace as a physical model, the mathematical model of the optimal design of furnace lining, in which the heat conduction is three dimensional and transient, and the method used to solve the model are studied for the first time in this paper. A program is developed to simulate the heat conduction process in the furnace lining and calculate the economic lining thickness. The temperatures and the power consumption measured from the furnace used for testifying the theories correspond with the values calculated.
