提高铅锌矿中伴生银回收率的试验

摘 要:针对某铅锌矿伴生银回收率低的生产现状,进行提高银回收率的试验。根据矿石性质,采用提高磨矿细度、降低浮选矿浆碱度、添加选择性捕收剂BK901C等工艺措施,在不影响其他指标的情况下,银回收率从51.86%提高到85.43%。
Abstract: Experimental study is carried out on enhancing silver-recovery of a silver-containing lead-zinc ore in order for solving the low silver-recovery problem.Based on the mineralogical characteristics of the ore,several measures are taken such as increasing grinding fineness,reducing flotation pulp pH,and using BK901C as selective collector for silver-containing minerals,as the results,the silver-recovery is increased to 85.43% from 51.86% while other indexes of performance remains the same.
