摘    要:研究了高Zn超高强铝合金Al-10.4%Zn-2.2%Cu-2.4%Mg-0.1%~0.15%Zr-0.224%Ag的热处理工艺。通过差热分析、金相组织观察、力学性能测试及TEM和SEM形貌观察,分析了该合金的微观组织和力学性能。研究结果表明,合金采用接近低熔点共晶熔化温度的强化固溶工艺及时效处理后,其力学性能明显优于用单级固溶和低温强化固溶工艺的合金性能,抗拉强度达到770 MPa以上,对应的延伸率为8%~10%。与国内其他的7xxx系合金相比,该合金显示出超高强度和良好的塑性,这说明合理的固溶工艺可以提高合金化的超高强铝合金的强度和塑性。

Abstract: Super-high strengthAl-Zn-Mg-Cu alloyof high zinc contentthan usually in 7xxxserieswas examined with three different kinds of solution heat treatments performing. Based on differential thermal analysis(DTA),mechanical tensile test, optical microscope, transmitting electron microscope(TEM) and scanning electron microscope(SEM) observations, the microstructure and mechanical properties of the studiedAl-10.4%Zn-2.2% Cu-2.4%Mg-0.1%~0.15%Zr-0.224%Ag alloy are discussed. The results show that the processing of strengthening solution heat treatment and ageing subsequently, ofwhich the solution temperature is close to the melting point of non-equilibrium eutectic phases, can be made the alloy obtain a good combination of strength and toughness. Compared with the other two processes of single stage and low temperature promotive solution heattreatments, its tensile strength is obviously higher up to 770 MPa, and the elongation is kept 8% to10%.
