基于随机振动分析法的双横臂悬架扭杆优化设计

摘    要:采用虚功原理、有限张量和矢量代数法计算双横臂扭杆悬架的刚度,应用Adams软件验证数学方法计算的可行性。基于随机振动的方法分析轮胎动载荷、悬架动行程和舒适性3个性能指标,对扭杆设计的基本参数进行优化,减小实际行车中的悬架位移和撞击限位块频率,测试效果明显,为总布置设计提供精确的设计参数。

Abstract: The double wishbone suspension stiffness was calculated by using the virtual work principle, the vector algebra and tensor of finite rotation methods, and the feasibility of mathematic calculation was verified by the software Adams. By the random vibration analysis method, parameters of dynamic tire load (DTL), suspension working space (SWS) and comfort performance were analyzed and the basic parameter of designed torsion bar was optimized, which decreased the displacement of the suspension and limitted the frequency of impacting the stop block. The result shows that it achieves better effect and supplies an accurate value for the general layout design.
