冻融循环下无黏结预应力钢绞线耐久性的实验研究

摘    要:为研究预应力钢绞线在冻融循环下的预应力损失,制作2根预制试件,经受冻融循环,测量规定的冻融次数后钢绞线的预拉力损失值。为检验钢绞线及其保护层在冻融循环下的抗腐蚀能力,设计5组试件,考虑冻融、预应力、冻融+预应力3种因素对钢绞线抗腐蚀的影响。研究结果表明:当混凝土所受的压应力较大时,钢绞线预拉力随混凝土的冻融次数增加而降低;当混凝土所受的压应力较小时, 钢绞线预拉力随混凝土的冻融次数增加而增加。钢绞线能受到防腐油脂的有效保护,钢绞线的耐久性依赖于保护层的完整性;在冻融和预应力共同作用下,无黏结钢绞线的腐蚀率大于各因素单独作用时腐蚀率的简单叠加。

Abstract: In order to study the unbonded prestressed steel strand prestress loss after freezing-thawing cycles, two prestressed tests were made to be subjected to freezing-thawing cycle, then the prestress loss value was gotten after the designed freeze-thaw cycle times. In order to test the steel strand and its protective layer’s resistance to corrosion under condition of freezing-thawing cycle, five groups of specimen were made for comparative test considering the three different factors of freezing-thawing cycle, prestress, prestress and freezing-thawing cycle. The results show that the steel strand prestress value decreases with the increase of the freezing-thawing cycle times when the concrete’s compressive stress is larger; but the steel strand prestress value increases with the increase of the freezing-thawing cycle times when the concrete’s compressive stress is smaller. The steel strand can be protected by anticorrosive grease, and its durability depends on the protection layer’s integrity. The unbonded prestressed steel strand’ corrosion rate under condition of both freezing-thawing cycle and pretress is larger than that under condition of each factor.
