压印型铝管板的研制

摘    要：提要本文介绍了电冰箱蒸发器用铝管板生产工艺流程的研究,确定了管板结合强度的最佳工艺因素,提出了较刷光法更有效的表面清洗法和便于清除的氧化型阻焊剂.

Abstract: This paper investigates the production procedure of Al pipe sheet for evaporator of houshold refrigerator, determines optimal technical parameters which can ensure bending strength of Al pipe sheet, proposes a more effective surface clearing method and adoptes a oxidative type antiwelding agent which can be easily cleared.
