低温等离子体抑制蒸发污垢的实验研究

摘    要:研究低温等离子体在稠油废水蒸发浓缩过程中的阻垢效果,主要分析低温等离子体放电频率和蒸发负荷的变化对污垢热阻的影响,并对污垢进行SEM和XRD分析。研究结果表明:稠油废水蒸发浓缩前用低温等离子体预处理,可以有效降低在加热过程中的污垢热阻,其最大降幅达到了35.4%。经过低温等离子体预处理的稠油废水,其蒸发污垢的组成成分与未处理的没有多大差别,但是它们的污垢晶型有显著的不同,进一步证实低温等离子体满足物理法阻垢的一般原理。

Abstract: The scale inhibition effect of non-thermal plasma to evaporation and concentration in the process of viscous oil wastewater was studied, the influence of discharge frequency of non-thermal plasma and evaporation load change on the fouling resistance was analyzed, and scaling was analyzed by SEM and XRD. Experimental results show that evaporation fouling of viscous oil waste water with non-thermal plasma pretreatment before evaporating can effectively reduce the fouling thermal resistance in the heating process, and its biggest decline reaches 35.4%. Viscous oil wastewater after non-thermal plasma pretreatment, whose evaporation scaling component is not very different from untreated, but the crystal type of scaling is significantly different. It further confirms that non-thermal plasma satisfies the general principles of physical anti-scaling.
