油桶喷漆机计算机控制系统

摘    要：本文介绍油桶喷漆机计算机控制系统的组成原理和控制方法。系统由CMC-80双板机完成喷漆生产过程自动化的控制功能,以及产品统计,显示,打印等辅助功能。系统采用顺序联锁控制的方法,实现喷漆生产线的自动化操作。运行结果表明,本系统设计合理,控制功能强,工作可靠,操作方便,是目前油桶喷漆机较好的一种计算机控制系统。

Abstract: This paper describes the architecture and control philosophy of microcomputercontrolled system for oil container spray-painting machine. The system consisting of CMC-80 double board computer performs automaticcontrol of spray-painting process, product statistics, display and printout functions. The system uses sequence interlock control to realize spray-painting productionline automation. Operation results show that this is a getter microcomputer contro-lled system for oil container spray-painting machine owing to its suitable design,powerful control functions. reliability and operation convenience.
