双电极直流电弧炉磁镜线圈匝数计算解析

摘 要:本文运用电磁理论导出了双电极直流电弧炉磁镜线圈磁感应强度以及匝数计算的解析式。其计算结果与实际数据基本相符,因此,解析式可用于磁镜式双电极直流电弧炉设计计算。解析式又揭示出磁镜线圈磁感应强度与匝数的变化规律。
Abstract: The analytic formulas of magnetization intensity and turns numbercalculation of agnetic mirror coil for direct current arc furnace with dualelectrode are derived out by eatus f electric-magnetic theory in this paper.Calculation results of analytic formula are oincident undamently with realdata,hence,analytic formula may be used in the design and calculation ofdual electrode direct current arc furnace with magnetic mirror.The changerules of agnetization intensity and turns number of magnetic mirror coil arealso found from the nalytic ormula.
