通风条件影响长压短抽掘进面粉尘扩散的仿真实验

摘    要:为了提高长压短抽掘进面通风除尘效果,通过仿真实验确定通风条件影响风流场运移及粉尘扩散的规律。研究结果表明:风流场运移规律为压风口与迎头距离、压抽比越大,抽风口与迎头距离、压风量越小,越利于形成风速方向均指向掘进面迎头的控尘风流场,形成控尘风流场的压风口与迎头最小距离为25 m。粉尘扩散规律为随着测点与迎头距离的增大,粉尘质量浓度整体呈现减小或波动性减小趋势;抽风口与迎头距离越小,迎头粉尘扩散能力越小;随着压风口与迎头距离增大、压抽比减小,迎头粉尘扩散能力逐渐减小并趋于稳定,压抽比为0.75时距迎头5~39 m的有人作业区域全尘、呼尘平均降尘率已增至95.56%和94.31%;随着压风量增大,迎头粉尘扩散能力先减小后增大,其中压风量为250 m3/min时扩散能力最小。

Abstract: In order to improve the dust removal effect of the forced with long duct fan accompanied with short duct exhaustor in heading face, the effect of ventilation conditions on wind field migration and dust dispersion was determined by the simulation experiment. The results show that the more distance between pressure tuyere and tunnelling place and press extraction ratio, the less distance between exhaust port and tunnelling place and press wind volume. It is beneficial to the formation of the dust control wind flow field to point to the tunnelling place; the minimum distance between pressure tuyere and tunnelling place of the dust control wind flow field formation is 25 m. Dust diffusion law is that with the increase of the distance between measuring point and tunnelling place, dust mass concentration shows a trend of decrease or volatility reduces as a whole; the less distance between exhaust port and tunnelling place, the less abilityof dust diffusion of tunneling place; with the increase of the distance between pressure tuyere and tunnelling place and the decrease of press extraction ratio, the ability of dust diffusion of tunneling place gradually decreases and reaches some constants; when press extraction ratio is 0.75 and the distance between 5-39 m, the average dust rate of the total coal dust worker operation area and respirable dust is 95.56% and 94.31%, respectively; with the increase of press wind volume, the ability of dust diffusion of tunneling place decreases and then increases, and when the press wind volume is 250 m3/min, the ability of dust diffusion is the least.
