摘    要：分析1个实际应用于水厂的二级计算机监控系统结构,重点研究了水果优化调度的控制策略及实现水泵调速节能控制的原理、方法与编程.

Abstract: This paper describes a two-level computer monitor control system which is already used in water factory. The tactics of pump optional control, and the principles, methods, programming of realizing pump energy saving based on frequency-modulated adjusting speed technology are presented in detail in this paper.
