摘 要：<正>The technolegy of preparing reaction burn-ing silicon carbide （RBSC） by replacing SiC/C with entirelycarbonaceous raw materials is investigated. Experimental re-sults shew the predominant factors of succesfully preparingRBSC are as following: strictly controlling the porosity andpore diameter of biscuit, obtaining ideal carbon network,permeating of Si and completely reaction between Si and β-SiC.
