宝钢二炼钢转炉副原料投入自动控制系统

摘    要：介绍宝山钢铁股份有限公司宝钢分公司二炼钢厂转炉副原料投入自动化及自动炼钢(一键式炼钢)的进展。重点介绍转炉过程控制计算机副原料投入智能控制系统的研发和应用。投入工艺计算机化和规则翻译是副原料投入模式构筑的起始环节,模式构筑的基本方法分为前排定量、前排均等分割、倒排定量、倒排均等分割四种,构筑完成后的投入模式主要包括每料仓副原料吹炼中每批次称量开始时刻、投入开始时刻和投入值,针对料仓和称量机等设备的限制条件采取了应对措施,还具备称量备投功能以及投入总量人工干预、事前称量值人工干预、投入模式吹炼中动态干预等人机实时交互功能。

Abstract: Automatic control system of sub-material charge for BOF at the Second Steelmaking Plant of Baosteel Branch,Baoshan Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.,is introduced.Progress of automatic(one key) steelmaking is given still.Development and application of intelligent control system of sub-material charge in LD process control computer are especially dissertated.Coding method of charge rule and rule translation is the first step of charge pattern construction.Four basic methods of pattern construction include forward quantity,forward equlization,back quantity and back equalization.Format of each charge pattern consists of weighing time,charge start time and charge value.Confinement of bunker and scale was considered.Backup weighing function and man-machine interaction were also developed.
