开关电源时变模型的新型PID算法

摘    要:针对开关电源模型的复杂性和时变性,传统PID控制无法很好满足其控制要求等问题,提出一种新型的免疫反馈PID控制器。该控制方法性能在模型时变的系统中优于常规PID控制。在此基础上,利用IGBT作为主要开关器件,采用全桥式带变压隔离器的BUCK变换器作为主电路结构,以TMS320F2812作为控制电路核心,研制出一种新型数字化车载110 V高频开关电源。将所提出的控制方法应用于样机,通过测试发现样机输出精度达到1%,高于传统车载110 V控制电源的精度5%;此外,其响应速度迅速,谐波小,可靠性强。

Abstract: Due to the time-variable and complexity of the switching mode power supply model, the performance of conventional PID algorithm cannot satisfy the control demand, and so a new immune feedback PID controller was proposed. Its performance is ascendant over the traditional PID controller in time variable and complexity models. Based on the proposed PID controller, a novel digital locomotive 110 V DC power supply prototype was built, which adopted IGBT as its main switching apparatus, full-bridge buck converter with insulated transformer topology as its main frame. The controller kernel is TMS320F2812 processor. The output accuracy of the prototype is 1% which is much better than that of the conventional locomotive 110 V DC power supply (5%), and the response rate and harmonic output of the new 110 V DC converter are better than that of the conventional one.
