新型锰系空冷超高强精轧螺纹钢筋的研制

摘 要:对新型锰系空冷超高强精轧螺纹钢筋进行了实验室研究和工业生产试制。在提高性能同时降低合金成本和简化工艺的原则下,在新型锰系空冷贝氏体钢的基础上采用钒微合金化,开发了超高强精轧螺纹钢筋(PBR)。此外,利用TEM研究了PBR钢筋中钒的析出物的形貌、尺寸及分布。开发的PBR超高强钢筋,不含昂贵合金元素,淬透性好,强度高,屈强比低,全面满足PSB 1080级别要求,20 mm钢筋抗拉强度达到1 600~1 610 MPa,屈服强度1 400~1 420 MPa,伸长率8.5%,均匀伸长率5.0%;32 mm钢筋抗拉强度达到1 450~1 500 MPa,屈服强度1 140~1 200 MPa,伸长率9.0%,均匀伸长率5.0%。
Abstract: Super strength finish rolled rebar based on air-cooled was studied in laboratory and industrial production was carried out.Vanadium microalloyed was developed on the base of manganese series bainitic steels in order to improve performance,reduce costs and simplify technology.Besides,morphology,size and distribution of vanadium precipitates were studied by use of TEM.The air-cooled bainite steel developed without expensive alloy elements shows high strength and low yield ratio,which fully meets the standard of PSB 1080.20mm rebar has mechanical properties as follows: Rm 1600-1610MPa;ReL 1400-1420MPa;A 8.5%;Agt 5.0%.32mm rebar: Rm 1450-1500MPa;ReL 1140-1200MPa;A 9.0%;Agt 5.0%.
