细粒浮选体系中粗粒效应理论与应用

摘 要:本文研究了紊流条件下粗粒与细粒颗粒群间的相互作用,提出“粗粒效应”理论,包括三种作用机理:粗粒的载体作用,以漩涡微尺度λ0为理论判据;粗粒的助凝作用,以颗粒雷诺数Rep为理论判据;粗粒的中介作用,以裂解频率fB为理论判据。λ0值对应于最佳载体粒度,Rep大,助凝作用大,fB大,裂解作用大。
Abstract: The interactions between coarse and fine particles in turbulent flow have been studied inthis paper. The theory of coarse particle effects has been proposed which includes threemechanisms, i. e. the carrier effect of coarse particle with eddy microseale λ0 as a criterion;promoting-aggregation of coarse particle with grain Reynolds number Rep as a criterion;medium-breakage with breakage frequency fB as a criterion. The λ0 value is corresponding tobest carrier size; promoting-aggregation and medium-breakage are increased, respectivly, withthe increase of values of Rep and fB.
