宝钢厚板厂滚切式双边剪剪切质量的改善

摘 要:结合厚板厂实际生产,针对剪切工艺参数和设备运行状态对剪切质量的影响,分析了剪切缺陷"毛刺"和"错刀"的产生原因,确定主要影响因素为剪刃间隙和钢板跑偏。用Matlab工具箱回归出最佳剪刃间隙与板厚的经验公式,通过现场跟踪测试明确了夹送辊调整状态对钢板跑偏的影响规律。基于以上研究结果制定了相应的调整和控制策略,并进行了现场跟踪对比实验验证,效果良好,适用于宝钢厚板厂滚切式双边剪剪切质量的改善,对其它企业也具有一定参考价值。
Abstract: Based on the influence of the shearing technical parameters and the operational statement of equipments on shearing quality,the causes of "burr" and "missed cutting line" were analyzed,the main affecting factors are trimming knife gap and running-off of plate according to the actual production.An empirical formula for the relation between the optimal trimming knife gap and plate thickness is obtained by using Matlab Toolbox,and the rules of the influence of the pinch roll’s adjustment statement on running-off of plate are specified through the production tests.According to the results,a corresponding scheme for adjustment and control is worked out,and verified by the contrast experiment on product line.The results show that the scheme is applicable for improving the shearing quality in Heavy Plate Mill of Baosteel Co.,Ltd.and can be valuable for other factories.
