氯化钠-硫氰酸铵-丁基罗丹明B体系浮选分离汞(Ⅱ)的研究

摘    要:研究了氯化钠-硫氰酸铵-丁基罗丹明B体系浮选分离测定汞(Ⅱ)的行为及其与常见离子分离的条件。结果表明:控制溶液的酸度为pH2.0,在固体NaCl用量为1.0g的情况下,当0.01mol/L NH4SCN溶液和1.0×10-3 mol/L丁基罗丹明B溶液的用量分别为0.50mL、1.00mL时,Hg2+可被硫氰酸铵-丁基罗丹明B-水体系浮选,而Zn2+,Mn2+,Ni2+,Co2+,Cd2+等离子在该体系中不被浮选,据此实现了Hg2+与这些离子的定量分离。用该体系对合成水样和工业废水中微量Hg2+进行的定量浮选分离后,再用5-Br-PADAP分光光度法测定,结果与双硫腙光度法相符,样品标准加入回收率为95%~105%,RSD为2.2%~2.9%。

Abstract: The determination of Hg(Ⅱ) was performed via flotation separation using sodium chloride-ammonium thiocyanate-butyl rhodamine B system and the conditions for the separation of mercury(Ⅱ) from other metal ions were studied. The results showed that when the dosages of solid NaCl, NH4SCN solution (0.01 mol/L) and butyl rhodamine B (Bu-RhB) solution (1.0×10-3 mol/L) were 1.0 g, 0.50 mL and 1.00 mL, respectively, Hg2+ could be floated by NH4SCN-Bu-RhB-H2O system at pH 2.0, while Zn2+, Mn2+, Ni2+, Co2+ and Cd2+ could not be floated, realizing the quantitative separation of Hg2+ from these ions. This method has been applied to the quantitative flotation separation and determination of trace Hg2+ in synthetic water and industrial waste water samples. The results were consistent with those obtained by dithizone method. The standard addition recoveries were 95%-105%, and the relative standard deviation (RSD) was 2.2%-2.9%.
