银/稀土元素/碳微球抗菌剂的制备与表征

摘    要:以水热法合成的碳微球(carbon microspheres,CMSs)为载体,通过在硝酸银溶液和稀土硝酸盐溶液中浸渍使银和稀土元素吸附在碳微球上,得到载银碳微球抗菌剂(Ag/CMSs)和载银/稀土元素碳微球复合抗菌剂(Ag/Re/CMSs)。通过扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、X线衍射分析仪(XRD)、X线光电子能谱(XPS)、透射电子显微镜(TEM)和红外吸收光谱(FTIR)对产物的形貌和结构进行表征;采用抑菌环法,以大肠杆菌、白葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌为实验菌种对抗菌剂的抗菌性能进行定性分析。研究结果表明:使用水热法制备的碳微球表面光滑,粒径均一,单分散性良好;Ag/CMSs和Ag/Re/CMSs抗菌剂对大肠杆菌、白葡萄球菌和枯草芽孢杆菌均有很好的抑菌效果,其中负载银和铈的碳微球(Ag/Ce/CMSs)具有最强的抗菌效果。

Abstract: Carbon microspheres (CMSs) as a carrier were synthesized by hydrothermal method. The Ag-loading carbon microspheres(Ag/CMSs) antibacterial agent and Ag/Re-loading carbon microspheres(Ag/Re/CMSs) composite antibacterial agent were prepared by immersing CMSs in a silver nitrate solution and rare earth nitrate solution. A series of investigations using scanning electron microscopy(SEM), X-ray diffraction(XRD), X-ray photoelectron spectrometry (XPS), transmission electron microscope(TEM) and Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FTIR) were carried out to characterize the morphology and structure of samples. Qualitative analysis of antibacterial properties of antibacterial agent towards Escherichia col(E.coli), Staphylococcus aureus(S.aureus) and Bacillus subtilis(B.subtilis) were investigated by antibacterial ring method. The results show that the as-prepared carbon microspheres have smooth surface, uniform particle size and good monodisperse. Ag/CMSs and Ag/Re/CMSs antibacterial agents show good antibacterial effect for E.coli, S.aureus and B.subtilis.Among them,Ag/Ce/CMSs exhibits the strongest antibacterial effect.
