摘    要:本文旨在研究通过掺杂来增大碳阳极的电催化活性,从而降低超电压,达到节能的目的。用稳态恒电位法测定了1000℃下,Na3AlF6-Al2O3(饱和)熔体中碳阳极上的超电压,发现掺有微量CrCl3,Li2CO3,RuCl3等物质的电极具有明显电催化作用,在工业电流密度范围内,其超电压比原来掺未杂的碳阳极可降低0.2V左右。估算的节能效果最高可达6.0%,每产吨铝的电耗可降低600~900kWh.本文还对掺杂作用及其电化学机理作了初步探讨。

Abstract: The anode overvoltage of carbon anode in the existing aluminium electrolysis processis 0.4~0.6V.This paper aims at reducing the anodic overvoltage to save energy byincreasing the catalytic activities of carbon anode with dopants.The anodic over-voltage of carbon anodes in Na3AlF6-Al2O3(sat)melt was measured by means of stea-dy state technique.Obvious electroeatalytic activities were observed on the carbonanodes with Ru,Cr and Li dopants.The anodic overvoltage was reduced by morethan 0.2V under the industrial current densities.The estimated saving on energywill be 6.0% when using this technique.A primary discussion related to the func-tion of dopants in carbon anode and the mechanism of the above mentioned electro-chemical prcoess are also reported.
