连铸板坯内部裂纹的成因及防止措施

摘    要：经过对产生内部裂纹的连铸板坯试样进行系统的检测分析研究,找出了连铸板坯产生内部裂纹的主要原因是铸机扇形段弧线与拉矫机弧线对中不好,导致矫直过程中铸坯受力不均匀而产生内部裂纹。采取对铸机扇形段进行调整对弧的措施,使连铸板坯的内部裂纹出现率大大降低。

Abstract: With the sysyematical test and analysis to the internal cracks of slab,the cause and the forming mechanism of the internal crack of slab was found out.There is greater different between the arc line of cast machine and arc line of tension leveler,which causes a uneven force to the slab in straightening process of slab and forms the internal crack of slab.The measures of adjusting arc of cast machine and tension leveler has been taken to greatly decrease the internal crack of slab.
