磨矿静态数学模型的电子计算机模拟

摘 要:本文论述磨矿静态数学模型和用电子计算机进行模拟的程序。对我国选矿厂粗精矿(或中矿、尾矿)再磨的流程,即预先分级和控制分级相结合,由一台球磨机和一台或多台水力旋流器组成的流程,进行静态数字模拟。以我国某铅锌矿选矿厂为例,介绍了具体应用方法和步骤,并列出模拟和实测结果的对比。
Abstract: A mathematical model of steady state grinding circuit and a pro-gram of simulation using a minicomputer are described.The regrinding cir-cuit for rough concentrate(or middling,tailing)used in chinese concentrators,namely combination of priliminary classification and control classification,consisting of one bali mill and one or several hydrocyclons are simulated.Take a lead-zinc concentrator as example,the procedure is illustrated.theresults obtained both by simulation and measurement are given for comparison.
