钴盐结晶沉淀法纯化2-乙基己基膦酸单2-乙基己基酯

摘    要：采用钴盐结晶沉淀法提纯2－乙基己基膦酸单2－乙基己基酯(HEH(EHP)P,简称HA),HEH(EH)P与硫酸钴生成蓝色固态的钴萃合物,经硫酸酸化,得到高纯HEN(EH)P有机相和含钴离子水溶液.该法具有操作简单、收率高、纯度高的特点,能有效去除HEN(EH)P原料中的有机和无机杂质.本文报道了经纯化的HEH(EH)P的某些物理化学性质.

Abstract: Aprocedure was described for the purification of 2-ethylhexyl phosphonic acid mono-2-ethylhexyl ester(HEH(EH)P which is used for metal ion solvent extraction and separation inthe hydrometallurgy process.HEH (EH )P was converted first with sodium sulfate to thesodium saIt and in the second step with cobalt sulfate to the cobalt complex.After precipita－tion and purification of the complex in acetone solvent,cobalt was stripped with sulfric acid.The yield was about 86.5%of the puried HEH(EH )P and the purity was greater than99.6%.The method was simple,produced a pure product in high yield,and was applicablefor the removal of both organic and inorganic impurities.Some physical properties of the pu－rified HEH (EH)P were reported.
