热处理制度对Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr合金断裂韧性的影响

摘 要:本文研究了不同时效制度对Al- 2.52Li-1.21Cu-0.70Mg-0.15Zr(8090型)合金断裂韧性的影响。结果表明,采用预变形加双级时效工艺可以明显地提高这种合金 的断裂韧性。断裂韧性的改善与组织结构有关,即采用这种工艺增加了S′相的析出,并缩小晶界无析出带宽度,因而使变形较为均匀,减少沿晶低能断裂倾向。依 据组织观察结果,讨论了时效制度、显微组织和断裂韧性之间的关系。
Abstract: Effect of various aging treatments on the fracture toughness of an Al-Li-Cu-Mg-Zr alloy was investigated.The results showed that the pre-rolled anddouble aged process improved the fracture toughness of the alloy.The improve-ment in fracture toughness was associated with the microstructures.Thisprocess encouraged the precipitation of S′ phase,and also decreased the widthof PFZ.Therefore,the deformation became more homogeneous,and the tendencytowards intergranular fracture was decreased.
